The King Guestroom
$139 plus tax  - Weekdays

$149 plus tax - Weekends

 		Left - Includes a luxurious California King leather sleigh bed in a spacious room with an abundance of natural light. A separate area for computer modem access and reading complements the warmth of the room. Stain glass windows and tasteful decorating adds to the room's ambiance and enhances the romantic decor.

The Queen Guestroom
$119 plus tax  - Weekdays

$129 plus tax - Weekends

 		Left - Includes a comfortable Queen size bed with a large closet and wicker furniture beckoning the traveler to an earlier time in Chicago.

The Prince Guestroom
$ 99 plus tax  - Weekdays

$109 plus tax - Weekends

 		Left - Just right for the budget conscious traveler needing comfortable accommodations at a modest price. The comfortable double size bed is great for the single traveler but not too small to accommodate a couple.

The guestrooms share two full baths with showers. The upstairs bath, adjacent to the guestrooms, has a full tub with glass shower doors. The downstairs bath, has an original claw foot tub with shower curtains. Both baths accommodate our guests well. All guestrooms are offered as a two (2) night minimum on weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday). Single Friday or Saturday nights are occasionally available in the November - April months at slightly higher rates. Special Event Packages (see "Packages Page") may extend this policy minimum.

All rooms are subject to a 2-night minimum stay for weekend reservations. Single night, week of bookings will be considered based upon availability.  All rooms must be reserved in advance and secured by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted). At the time of your reservation, 100% of the cost of your stay (including all applicable taxes) will be billed to your credit card.
 
All cancellations of reserved rooms are subject to a $25 service charge. Additionally, reservations cancelled at least 15 days prior to arrival date shall be charged 50% of the full scheduled stay unless the room is rebooked. Reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date shall be charged 50% of the full scheduled stay regardless of the room being rebooked. All “no shows” shall be charged 100% of the scheduled stay. All cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date shall be considered “no shows.” All cancellations should be in writing and faxed to Ardmore House - Bed and Breakfast, Inc. (773-341-7419) ATT: CANCELLATIONS. Cancellations by telephone, post or email are effective upon receipt and only upon written cancellation confirmation by Ardmore House - Bed and Breakfast, Inc. Any reservation refunds will be made within 10 days of the end of the scheduled stay.
 
There is no refund for early departure.
 
All rates and reservations are based upon 1-2 person occupancy. Rates are subject to all applicable taxes. Additional guests are welcome in certain rooms, subject to availability, and are billed an additional $25 per night.
